Strong positions in energy markets
Gaselys covers the entire energy mix and plays a pre-eminent role at European gas hubs. Demand for hedging tools covering gas contracts indexed to oil prices and refined products has made it a key player in a number of references.
Gaselys has a strong and continuously growing presence in electricity markets. It also trades several types of coal products for risk management purposes.
To support its customers’ sustainable development policies, Gaselys is also active in the CO2 emission quota (EUA and CER) and green electricity (green certificates) markets.
Gaselys trades all the underlyings in various currencies (EUR, USD, GBP) as part of indexation formulas.
Beyond the European market, Gaselys trades US and Asian (oil and gas) contracts to meet the arbitrage and hedging needs of its customers.
