Corporate legal counsel

• Negotiates trading contracts (ISDA and IFET) with the front office's counterparties,
• Negotiates access to new markets or business activities (e.g. regulatory banking approval, contracts and licenses with network operators and contracts for using stock-exchange and electronic trading platforms)
• Assists with the company's day-to-day legal affairs (contracts for services, powers of attorney, relations with supervisory authorities, etc.)
• Handles legal disputes, particularly involving law firms • Monitors the legal context in collaboration with the Internal Control Manager and contributes to lobbying efforts.

Desired profiles and skills

• Law degree.
• An excellent knowledge of corporate, finance and banking law
• A good general understanding of market activities.
• Autonomy and attention to detail.
• A good command of English.
