The Internal Controller and Compliance Officer:

• Helps determine and define professional and compliance rules, particularly with regard to
European laws and texts and regulatory authorities.
• Advises, trains and assists staff to ensure compliance with the above.
• Takes part in in analysis and control assignments carried out on all business activities
• Takes part in prior compliance review of new services or products, or entry into new markets
• Takes part in regulatory watch.

Desired profiles and skills

• Masters degree
• Some experience in a similar position or in a trading room
• Good knowledge of the business activity of a trading room
• Attention to detail, analytical, organizational and strong interpersonal skills
• A good command of English
